As this concerns a newly built property, the exact delivery date is not yet confirmed. The mentioned period is a realistic estimate. The apartment is shared with myself. I work full-time in Amsterdam and am often away during weekdays. The location is excellent: within walking distance of Voorburg station (bus and tram connections) and cycling distance to Laan van NOI train station. The apartment complex also offers an indoor bicycle storage. The room is delivered furnished (flooring and window coverings). A desk and chair can be provided on loan. Any changes to the room are only possible in consultation. The apartment is newly built and equipped with modern facilities. Tenant preference Strong preference is given to students or young professionals, for example those who are temporarily working or doing an internship in The Hague and are therefore looking for accommodation. International students are very welcome.
